The bar and pool are open all day, offering delicious cocktails, freshly squeezed fruit juice and tasty snacks. Guests can enjoy their coffee or drink by the pool, take a refreshing dip and choose from a range of appetizing snacks. Pool-side life never stops in our hotel!
The beach is just a few steps away. Vatera is one of the largest and most beautiful beaches in Greece. The quartz sand, the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean and the wonderful location, which shelters from summer winds, will enchant you, whilst the little ones will be able to enjoy the sea in a safe environment. It is not by chance that the beach is awarded a blue flag, year after year.
The preparation of our delicious meals is thoroughly looked after by our justly famous mum, Nerantzoula. All-natural ingredients, fine fruit and vegetables from our culinary garden, local meat, dairy produce, and fish coming from our pap, Ignatius, caught daily with the help of his assistant, Yiorgos, and brought in every morning.
But fine ingredients are not enough. Nerantzoula looks after all dishes, creatively combining traditional, scrumptious recipes and local delicacies, expertly preparing moussaka, stuffed courgette florets or gioslemedes –a traditional cheese pie and a local favourite on the island.
And the list of fine dishes does not stop here. Healthy and tasty legumes, our famous spaghetti with lobster sauce, fish soup and, lest we forget, our luscious hand-made desserts, all competing for your preference.
